Halftime, the Annual District Conference of Rotary International District 3250 is being held at Holiday Resort, Puri between 8th and 10th Jan 2010. Distt 3250 includes all the Rotary clubs working in the States of Jharkhand and Bihar.
Inaugural program was held on 8th where the Ch Guest was Sri Kalikesh Narain Singh Deo, Member of Parliament from Bolangir. Director Nominee Shekhar Mehta and Past Director OP Vaish were also present. PRID OP Vaish is the RI Presidents representative to the Conference. A cultural program was held in the evening.

On 9th, six sessions were held wherein a lot of information on Rotary was shared. Important speaker in the 1st session was Sri Jagdanand, SIC, Orissa. PDGs Aswani Kar, Ronald D’Costa, Ajoy Chabra, Sandeep Narang, Kamal Sanghvi and PRID OP Vaish shared their views. Other star speakers were Mr. TS Madaan, a motivational speaker from Delhi, Mr Chetan Pandit, actor from Bollywood and Ms Meenakshi Singh from UB Group. A cultural program has been organized for the evening also. Balloting for the Distt Governor for the year 2012-13 has been done and results will be announced tomorrow.
