The Anti-corruption and social activist Anna hazare who played a great role for Lokpal bill is going for a fast at New Delhi on 16th August to protest corruption in our country.

On this occasion, internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has created a sand sculpture of National flag with the face of anti corruption activist Anna Hazare with a message “Fight against Corruption” to extend his support for him . He used 10 tones of sand and took 5 hours to complete. The students of his sand art Institute join hand with him. Also lots of tourist from different places togathered on the golden beach of Puri.

Pattnaik said on the occasion of Independence Day we always creating different art forms through our sand sculpture. This time we created tricolour with Anna Hazare with a message “Fight against Corruption. We support him through our art.

Sudarsan is the brand ambassador of NALCO. So far he has participated in more than 47 international sand sculpture championships across the world and won many awards for the country. Through his art he helped the tsunami victims in India, save the endangered Olive Ridley Turtles and spread awareness of the dangers of HIV-AIDS and polio. Pattnaik also running a sand art school at Puri Beach in Orissa.
