Bateswar Mahadev Temple is situated at Gadamrugasira village in Puri district, Odisha, India. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva.
The temple features a rekha deula and a terraced-roof jagamohana, representing the traditional phase of the Kalingan order of temple architecture. It is especially notable for its unique sculptural embellishments.
Located in Gadamrugasura village, the temple is easily accessible from the Puri–Konark road. Inside the garbhagriha, a Shivalinga with yonipatta is installed directly on the earth, and a three-faced (Trimukha) Lord Shiva statue is also enshrined there. Idols of Maa Parvati, Lord Ganesh, and Lord Kartikeya are found around the temple premises.

Architecturally, the structure represents an early development of the Pancharatha Deula of Kalinga architecture. Based on archaeological surveys, the temple is believed to date back to the early 8th century AD, built under a Ganga dynasty king.

Major festivals celebrated here include Maha Shivratri, Makar Sankranti, and Kartik Purnima. The serene surroundings also make it a preferred location for performing Upanayana and marriage ceremonies.
This temple is a protected monument managed by the Odisha State Architecture Department.
