India’s first surfing festival will take place from February 7 to 9 2012, the festival take place along Orissa’s Puri Konark Marine Drive stretch team of professional and highly-skilled surfers, will teach first-time surfers in a 30-minute session that will include paddling and other such basics of the sport.
