The temple is located on the right bank of the river Daya and situated on the left side of the road leading from Jatani to Pipili about 4km. east of Jatani and 7 km. from Pipili and 16km. from Bhubaneswar. The presiding deity is Lord Krisna and Radha made of stone. The temple also named as Chudakhia Temple. On the basis of architectural features and sculptural embellishments the temple can be assigned to the Ganga
rule i.e. about the 12th -13th centuries A.D. Dolapurnima, Chandana Jatra, Bamana Janma, Janamasthami, Gahama Purnima, kartika Purnima, Radhasthami, Makara Shankrati these are the festival observed in temple premises.
