The Matha is located in Gaudabada Sahi, Puri. It is situated on the right side of the road leading from Yamesvara temple to the beach. The enshrining deity is images of Radha-Krishna . According to the Chief of Trust board, it has built during the Gajapati period. Image of Madana Mohana, Chaitanya, bronze Aditya, and an image of Balaram are kept in the matha berandah.
