Coloring of Small Chariots by Japanese Tourist at Puri for Rathyatra 2012

A small chariot has been developed by the Indo Japanese Friendship Center. the Japanese are coloring the chariots. The chariot will be dragged by most the Japanese Tourists At Puri.
