The temple is located on the left side of the road leading from Bhubaneswar to Konark at a distance of 1km branching from Begunia Chowk and about 3 kms from Gop. The presiding deities are the images of Balaram, Jagannath and Subhadra made of neem wood. The other deities are Sudarsana, Laxmi, Narasimha, Madana Mohana, Dolagovinda and Sarasvati made of metal which are placed over a moulded stone pedestal measuring 2.40 mtrs (L) x 1.45 mtrs (W) x 1.00 mtrs (H).
